Shipping Policy

We ship to addresses within the United States. International shipping is available on a case-by-case basis — contact us before placing an international order.

Processing Time

In-stock orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days. Special-order and sourced parts have longer lead times — see our Special Order Policy for details.

Carriers & Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS depending on package size and destination. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. We do not mark up shipping costs.

Delivery Estimates

Domestic delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
