Many of the parts we source are not kept in stock and are ordered specifically for your build. Please read this policy before submitting a special-order request.
What Is a Special Order?
A special order is any part we source specifically for your vehicle that is not currently in our inventory. This includes rare JDM parts, discontinued OEM components, and parts sourced through our distribution network.
Lead Times
Special-order lead times vary widely depending on part availability and sourcing location. Typical lead times range from 2–8 weeks for parts sourced from Japan, and 1–3 weeks for parts sourced through U.S. distributors. We will provide an estimated lead time before you commit to a purchase.
Deposits & Payment
Special orders require a non-refundable deposit of 50% at the time of order. The remaining balance is due before shipment. If we are unable to source the part, your deposit will be refunded in full.
Cancellations
Once a special order has been placed with our supplier, it cannot be cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable except in the case where we are unable to fulfill the order.
No Returns on Special Orders
All special-order sales are final. These parts are sourced specifically for your vehicle and cannot be restocked. Please verify part numbers, fitment, and compatibility before placing a special-order request.
